Another Bean run, when are you planning to do that?


Another update started to work on the passenger side

Cut the door off and chopped out the door post and step



Looks funny like that


Trimmed and fitted door post and door step



Welded and cleaned up



Protected




Wanting to keep up with this rate of progress, try get the front end together then i can start thinking about the floor.
Next weekend im re-wiring Jynx so dont know if ill have any progress then.

Well at the moment Jynx's engine will do, compression is lower than the others but still drives fine. Ill just be keeping an eye on the problem.

Did a bit of work today after a few jobs on Jynx. Welded a plate on the inner wing then drilled it ready to be lined up and welded on tomorrow.

Well today was a good day, got the inner wing welded on



Then i did this....







Held in place by the clips but everything lines up well.




Tomorrow weather dependant i may start to prep for welding it all together.

Awesome progress Chris! Nice to see you getting on so well with the project, the front end looks to be lining up really well, must have taken a lot of patience compared to how it was. Good luck with the welding, can't wait to see how it goes
