use an old bearing from something, like a big end bearing, jam it inbetween the teeth in the flywheel, works a treat

Get something into the slot on the end of the crank (screwdriver) then get as much leverage on it as you can. Nice whilst you've locked the fly. long length of box section for example.

....soo i got my next best thing.. a wind proof lighter!
put the clutch puller on it.
spent about a full 5 minutes heating it and burned my hands a few times...
swore at it and (without relising it) i picked up the hammer gave it a right WACK and the thing came off with a right loud bang! now that scared the c**p of of me.
then.... jumped about in excitement that i finally got it off!! WOOHOO!!!
now that is a great feeling!

if i was you, id order the mini oil seal that you dont want to damage, just incase.
id heat up (without the puller on) the area where the flywheel sits on the taper going around the area in a steady circle untill its reeeeeeeeerli starting to cook ( so the heats gone though to the otherside ) then id spray lots of wd40 or tt onto the taper and let it cool back down, and do that a few times. then id use a large copper hammer to hit the outer area of the flywheel, or with two of you hit opersite sides at the same time. then id put the puller on and hit it as afor mentioned.
sorry for not being able to give any mini pecific ideas, but the heating it up and spraying thin oil ower the affected area usualy works a treat

If your heating it up, you may aswell see if its expanded enough to use a puller. Hopefully it will have expanded enough....

Put a plaggy bag between the fly and the tranny gear casing fill it with water and hope for another heavy frost

'n hope the fly is less stuck than the tranny casing is strong.

No..also make sure that the three puller bolts that go into the flywheel are screwed in exactly the same distance/turns or you will get an uneven pull and it wont come off.im in chingford, bordering essex. quite some way away! does the grove where the keyed washer go actually have to be horizontal when youre pulling the wheel?
