Just few teasers for you to have a look at progress is getting there nicely drilling holes and assembling front subframe tonight.

The bulk head i have chosen to cut out as there used to be a webber box in there. i am just going to use a sheet of 1.5mm to seal it all back up.

Chris provided a 10mm aluminium packer to get rid of the gap which some mini floor pans have

Will add some more update after the weekend

Top do jobs include welding a fresh plate into the bulck head as well as welding up the hole cut out in the tunnel for the cage!!I also noticed that i cut too much out of the floor for the kit so i will weld back in some relevant sections to accomodate for the boo boo :D

Great photos, much bigger.

Gutted I cant get to mine this weekend as hove to go away for the weekend, good luck with yours.

I see you chopped out most of the forward bulkhead, probably made it easier to fit the frame and with some neat welding of a new bulkhead will probably look really good. I have to overcome the watertightness of that front bulkhead at some point, should be interesting.

The snap on tool chest is a new addition to the increasing snap on tool collection it wasnt such a good idea setting up a snap on tool account managed to narrow it down to a single item per week lol

will post a few more interesting pic up shortly on with a test fit of the roof too cant wait to get right into it just struggler for time and always end up working on my bmw cooper s at the moment getting it ready for germany and the ring in the next few weeks
