A reamer is only a drill bit that like opens a hole up a bit more/to smooth it out and get all the cr*p out of it, its not hard :) .

You know the big "pin" you took out the rear radius arm?

The bit that pin goes in gets reamed out, theres a plastic sleeve in there, you get a new on and a new pin in the kits, along with new bushes etc.

It's not a hard job to do!

I usually just go for recon arms from minispares on exchange basis...havent checked price recently, but only cost me about £30 a side about a year ago...

I'd go for recon ones too - much easier! I worked it out, it cost £16 a side more than getting the kit, and for that they come with new pins and bushes fitted, a new bearing stub at the bottom end and all stripped and painted black. Saves a lot of time and effort!
*edit*
also, the reaming should be done by a machine shop to make sure its in line with the bearing tube at the other end...

& they come all nicely painted & clean? hmm.. sounds decent! & only £16 a side more than the kit seems well worth it! cheers :w00t:

Aren't they just snazzy image?!

I like how stiff they go when you wind the adjustment in :). Should help the handling once set up properly.

Nothing set in stone but got few options;

A job through an agent who is look for a Trainee QS

An apprenticeship scheme through college in which ive got one of the strongest CV's there

Go and work for my uncle in the Isle of Man if he's got enough work on as a Assistant QS (take the mini over there ofcourse :D )

Or i might go and do a bit more diving in Cyprus over summer and get more qualified

Ive got two years experience in which when looking for an apprentice one with 2 years experience is better than one with none, see how it goes anyways

Waiting for my suspension to cheer me up a bit though :) Yours looks tasty, bit of pain waiting to build it back up to put on all these goodies on im finding though.
