And yeah, I have about 5 useable tent pegs left... :dontgetit:

They must have been the ones i put in for you then, didn't have too much trouble with them myself? or on my tent.

Was my 1st time and I really enjoyed it! :dontgetit:

we realised when one tent peg wouldnt go in, that if we emptied my van into it the tent would be there when we came back.
I was hpong to come and say "HI" by mini spares stall but by the time i had got parked and been reunited with my navigator (cue for the loo was too long in london and "brighton isnt too far, i can wait" so while i parked he went on a search lol) it was too late...... next year

i shelled out and bought one 2nd hand mk1 door handle for the van (£8!) got to save from the fool reversing into me last sunday  so im on a tight budget again!

Highlight of my weekend was seeing my bro turn up at about 6.30 pm at cp with his full exhaust sticking out his passenger side window and having to join the AA as he brought sockets but no ratchet HA HA HA

Like loads of people, it was my first time and I had so much fun. Really enjoyed myself. Went up with friend on the saturday and thought the atmosphere of Crystal Palace was really good. Saw a lot of the TMF cars, but didn't really know who anybody was. It such a buzz driving through London with all the other cars. I need to get my pictures up asap!

Will defiantly doing next year without a doubt!

Well I have to say that was our best ever L2B! Great run to CP, tent up in prime location (always use those big 8 inch nail type pegs!!) and down the pub for 4.30! Bit of tea and a wander and in bed for 10.30, slept like a baby till 6.45 (apart from a loo visit at 5), breakfast, tent away and dropped into the queue and away at 8.15. Arrived in Brighton at 9.35 and as we had a spare clubstand pass joined our club up by the pier end outside Burger King. Warm weather, nice lunch at Cafe Belge up by the old pier. Set off at 3 and we were all home safe by 6.45! Sorted!!

Wasn't it great! So many people were smiling and pointing and waving, it put such a massive grin on my face :withstupid:

And we put smiles on a few peoples' faces with the novelty horns haha :goaway: Including an emo who we could tell REALLY didn't want to smile but he couldn't help it :dozing:

Yeah we got beeped at by someone who was annoyed we didn't let him in front of us - sod him :withstupid:

To be honest, if he'd crashed into my door (which he nearly did) it would have been quite handy as it needs replacing :goaway:
