the rest of the kit is secreted around my friend's garage..you can see the roll cage and some other pieces on the deck..I know the seats are in the loft :sad: .

Why what is wrong with the one in the pic? I was gonna fit one of those, You dont need a big wheel as the steering is very light now the engine is missing up front.
Judging from the pic, you haave used a late SPI/MPI shell?

I was thinking of trying to SVA it to put my R500OLE plate on the car but not bothered if it proves too much...my friend has a V5 which I can use...the bodyshell was delivered today so hopefully it won't be long before the rollcage arrives....can't wait to have a blast !!

If you found a logbook from an R reg mini onwards you could theoreticaly transfer the R500 plate on to it as it is age related.
