I just got so excited at the prospect of after 19 years driving I may be able to get wipers that work on a mini :( - I have ordered a set straight away.

I have then on the Focus ( I know, its a Ford) and they work so well compared to 'conventional' wipers.

Then £19.98 lighter I realised the my mini is a garage tart and has only been out in the rain twice in six years  .
Oh well, at least they will last a long time!

Haha. Thats the spirit ;D.

I've wanted some for my Mini since I got it, but I thought it was going to be more work. I fitted some flat blades to a friends car and they did an amazing job!

Prawn, any pictures of yours fitted yet? I'm interested to see how good they look :gimme:.

Could you take some photos? - it seems this is a conversion many are interested in.

Is it just the angle of the photos or has the passenger side one moved over a bit further? Looks about an inch nearer the passenger side.

I don't like how they overhang the screen on to the rubber.

I'll have to sort that on mine .

"Driver at large after Mini wipes pedestrians from crossing!"

He says the shorter one is on the passenger side already.

It looks like the fixing method shifts the pivot point a further inch or so away from the end of the arm.

the passenger one is the short one and you are correct it moves the pivot point over abit and it just does not quite touch i have found these

http://cgi.ebay.co.u...id=p3286.c0.m14

abit more expensive but they defo wont hit rubber. i think you could trim a bit off if you needed i will have a look and see if the pivot point can be moved.
