WHAT!? NO NO NO!!!!!
Your going to sell her?!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you david, thats exactly what i meant. Heather dont do that to me again, the thought made me sick. i will never sell her!I think Oli means he will need to find somewhere to store her, not sell her
Good work and welcome to the Weber crew Oli
Now the summer is here let the rebuild begin
I cant wait to get it fitted, having communication troubles with the guy on the viva owners club who knows the guy who can do the head work for me though. I want to hear it now! Also need to get a sticker made up for the back of it now i guess
Yes yes yes, need the sunshine back and need to get cracking. also only got a month left at work then im taking a month and a half off before i go to uni, so should have plenty of time, even if a lack of moneys. David, would it be at all possible to get a rough price on the work that needs doing from FCB? if i need to supply the panels ill get them, also i guess it would be best to leave the welding to them so it can be done properly and safely. want to get moving. even if i dont get the full spec i wanted, want her back on the road. can build the spec up as to be honest theres not much i want to do to the viva
* plus who would buy a mini in this condition!!!?

nope sorry. baby and the viva have been put on hold because of uni stuff and sudden extreme financial insecurity. when i et my student loans through i'll see how my money balances out and see what i can do.anything been done?
this doesnt mean i might give up! just it might take a while....longer

i wish i had the money to get atleast one of my cars finished but since i moved out i have had barely enough to pay the bills let alone rebuild two old rustbuckets.
good to see the student loan will be spent on something useful
if you need a hand give me a ring

Really want to get some work done! ive got a massive effort boost from somewhere but im stuck at uni, miles away from my min or my viva so there nt much i can do
will bring my weber down next time i go home so i can rebuild that in my room.
money is still a massive issue, havent got my loan through yet and even when i do a big chunk has already been put a side for the head modifying and tuning of the viva. should have a nice bit of grunt by the end of that which will make me happy. but really i just want my min min back
The min was one of two things extremely close to me that i couldnt do without, and just a few months after i wrote off baby, i lost the other important thing to me. since then i havent felt right. having baby back on the road and tip top really would mean so much to me sentimentally for a million reasons! hence why i cant and wont give up! this will happen!

yeah i should do that and i know it. its just things seem to be coming along for the viva more often than the mini, and as the viva's rare i want to take those opportunities. i also have an image if how i want the viva and its so close that i want to get there. after the engine mods all i need are front foglights, wire in the rears, do some tidy ups, get some slot mags and lowered springs, then i can get the new shocks and job done. mean while ive been looking for a mini shell for ages and nothings coming up suitable! so frustrating!if the viva works, leave it, get the min done first!!! if you want the min back on the road spend your money on that, instead of the viva...
