Would have been nice!
No heating/cooker/lights and a VERY moany wife!!
It was so bad I've actually been at work!!
The only positive part was missing X-factor!!
and having some decent food!!! (takeaway)

Went to a BBQ/Bonfore instead and got really drunk as well, worked a treat!!
Felt nice and warm, and her nagging seemed to get less irritating as well, bonus!!

Yeah it will be a bit laggier than the T2, but they are the new version of the 'T' series turbos, so lots better so I'm told. Not as laggy as the T3 but a much more efficient turbo. Quite a few people on TurboMinis are using them with great results.
There is a bulkhead box being welded in, so thats the excuse for the bigger turbo...![]()
Should work out cheaper becuase I'm not using the mirage manifolds anymore, so thats a £350 saving...
Also cut off a turbo elbow from a 9-5 which has the right 3 bolt turbo elbow flange arrangement that I need, which is another thing off the list and also free. Its also got an o2 sensor boss in it as standard, which is also another thing sorted. A friend at work is going to weld it to a turbo downpipe when i get one sorted.
I will get some pics when I find the camera...

Finally took some pictures of the new bits.
Rear Arch (Group 6)
Front Arch (Group 6)
Metro Turbo Manifold
Cut off a Saab 9-5 turbo elbow to fit the turbo - needs welding to a turbo downpipe (COUGH COUGH)
My favourite Pic
Need an adapter plate making to match the turbo studs to manifold
Megajolt Bottom pulley and sensor bracket.

Yes got a PM tonight, work has been busy and the Mini hasn't been started yet, but work is now slowing down a bit so hopefully there will be some progress soon.
