incase anyone wonders about anything other than paint...

the blocks been bored and honed to 87mm with ball bearing sprung under crown oil squirters which will trigger at around 30psi. Also been dipped and parafin washed.

just need to sort out the flywheel then its a balancing act, and we can strap together the bottom end.

we have found a lightly bigger turbo too

Okay, if we're going to brag about size, have a look at my final drive gear :D

Bloomin' 'eck Mr Martin, you don't do things by half, do you? :D

Can I just say - I'm really liking what you've done with the dash so far - What's the plan for the actual dials?

Mock-up looks awesome - Best of luck with it :(

PS - Which Minitastic springs did you go for? Are they the race ones?

We might be fitting mine at the weekend (I have the fast road kit) - Will see how it goes!

:(

these were the race spec , on recomendation from Mintatstic due to extra weight of the vauxhall lump ;)

physical dash interface ( sounds posh dunnit ) - if all the technicalities pan out - will be created with 1 iphone, and 2 ipods. more later if it works :D

smoother than they did yesterday eh cookie ? worth the effort matey :xxx:

I'm using a clubman front now, a shame in a way because I would have loved the look of the front end as it stood, but, I have found someone doing carbon fibre golf twin headlight grilles.........it's as if it was meant to be >_<

I really ought to re-do the illustration based on the clubman front end.

When it was found nose I was going to use a CF BINI grill, thAt with not a lot of modification looked as though it would fit quite well
