first off, this post is all my opinion, feel free to ignore it if you wish,
you have to understand that the negative comments that have been posted are not a personal dig but a serious warning. your car is extremely rusty, to the point where 99% of the mini community would not even attempt to restore it.
a car of that condition would have to be either a works rally car or a 59 for the remaining 1% to consider restoring it. not to mention the enormous skill involved with replacing that much steel safely.
im not saying your car cant be restored, im saying in my opinion (and i think alot of others agree) you would be much better off with a more solid shell.
i hate to see people waste their money.
your 15 so im assuming this will be your first car? id hate for you to put so much work into your car, and your first mini experience being driving down the road on the skew before the whole car falls apart.
if you want to ignore all of the warnings given to you by this forum (none of witch where ment to offend) then good luck with your project, id love to see it in the flesh sometime,
if however you choose to listen to us, i think you should seriously consider cutting your losses and starting again,
hope i havent offended.

i had a mini on the road, the engine started smoking and the bodywork looked solid but it looked like there was some filler, i took it to a specialist to get it looked at and he advised i sell the car!
the other time i was my first ever mini, i thought it was good but when i looked into it i found it had a fake mot and was completely un road worthy, the garage advised that i get my money back from the trader asap.
both times i was pretty upset as i had become attached to the cars. but im much better off now. getting rid is a hard decision to make and it is completely gutting, but in the future you may just look back and think it was a good decision.
good luck whatever you do

But like said above selling it would be a good option and look on ebay for a 90% finished mini there are loads just have a good look over or where most of the major body work is done and all it that needs to be done is to put it back together.
i know its not much of a restoration but it leaves you in good stead if things go wrong and putting your mark on the mini with style ect and when your older with more experiance to take on another project, keep practicing your welding and mechanical knowledge of a car so all the issues that will come up you will able to fix them and understand why they went wrong
For car restoration i know colleges do restoration courses in half terms and evening classes they just give you an insight, i did 1 and never looked back really cost me £180 for 5 full days and we did everything.
This is not ment to be a downer on you or your project atleast when you pass your test and your driving a mini you will understand what a great little car it is and why it has such a following around the world
So chin up mate good effort with sticking with it and cracking on with whats been said on your thread with but it might be time to lay down your tools and look ahead

Anyway rant over. I made all the mistakes possible to make when building my mini and im sure a lot of people who have posted in this thread have done the same.
An old saying......The man who has never made a mistake has never made anything...
Good luck!!!!!!!
