Great pickup,I always check up what's been going on when you post.
How did you get on fitting your rose petal alloys?Did you have to fit longer studs & spacers to fit,as I've just tried to fit mine but they won't fit.The rear wheels catch the shock absorbers

The rears I am running mini fins which have a 1" spacer in so longer studs, and same for the fronts they needed to be a fraction longer, however I found the bolts were grounding out on the space before they we're doing up tight so I had to machine off about 1.5 mm per wheel bolt, hope this helps



Also penny and myself are in Septembers edition of the Miniworld which I'm looking forward to buying and also a last minute change to go to the IMM

Saw the pup at Stanford today rob. Looks even better in tge flesh after following the thread.

I'd have come over to say ello but you looked a bit pre occupied cursing at an auto glym bottle at the time trying to detail it.

lol sounds soo true me swearing at the bottles, im presuming I was cleaning the back of the car ! normally swear when I get to the end and I cant get ny more out, as then it means I have to dive in to my supplies box..... you should have said hi I would have not sworn at you, unless you were to of course touch the car like some pesky meddling kids fresh from the doughnut stand   lol but anyway you should have said HI!!! im at castle coombe on the mini world stand so if im there come and say I hi as I will be in and out onto the track with the beast as well as a clean here and there for the show and shine

i love it to looks stunning! probz can not remember but i looked at it and had two little black and tan sausage dogs? probz didnt see them.. i did get a picture of it but you was polishing the tail gate.

@tom2012 I do remember the sausage dogs as I remember thinking. How much my mrs would like to have a small dog like that ! I could have been polishing anywhere I clean clean clean !

After me booking the rolling road day for yesterday last week I thought I would do an oil and filter change, easy enough ! However when your dump plug spins and spins and spins and continues this err well I **** myself !!! Started thinking I would need to change gearbox casing but no managed to Helicoil it




Day started off well to Stanford hall followed by @jordben in his 1380 which was ok the meguiars stand

Then yesterday we headed to the rolling road




However couldn't get mine on but I got these on and it keeps up with bens ! And that was 100bhp













To say I am happy it goes like the clappers with out being properly tuned yet !!! Hopefully will get in to the 80hp bracket with this setup
