Fitted new carpet and had no trouble whatsoever so as a treat, ventured up onto the B Roads

Had a great time pushing the bleeder home! Too late (early?) to look now but I'm betting its the clutch that I've broke or shattered as it sounded like an old mustang when trying to select a gear! Excuse to get another metro to run around? :L

Stripped a gearbox down for parts for mine & degreased the engine  bay :D:

I was going to change lower ball joint as nut kept coming loose, then realised the thread was damaged !! just swapped over hubs with a spare. oh and bent ball joint splitter!!!

I patted it on the roof as I walked past, still waiting to start work on it, still waiting to get power connected up in the garage to run the compressor and welder.

Finished fitting my new cones and took it for a test drive. Feels very nice but does look like a 4x4

What's the best way to get all the liquid out of the cooling system anyone? Didn't think it was new-thread worthy!

made some temporary speaker boards to fit 6x9s in then realised they are 7mm too tall..... whipping out my sander again this evening lol they look like a 4 year old made them as im recycling old 4mm ply :D

 

topped up dashpot again...... suspecting a leaking seal somewhere on my damper
