Went to fit new clutch on replacement diaphragm flywheel (Instead of coil spring flywheel) when I discovered that I have a thin tail crankshaft and the later flywheel wont fit,   so new clutch plate into old flywheel and bolted up onto crank. Didnt have a new release bearing for the old one though so another week will pass before I get the engine back in! 

Ho hum, degreased and polished the engine bay a bit in preparation for the painted engine to go back into.

Sprayed it in OEW.

Took the battery out so we could use it to get the other mini we looked at started, which we now puchased

Resealed exhaust to downpipe joint........then took it for a drive.

Got it in to the garage, then removed doors and taken seats out ready for repairs

Finally got to Pick her up from the garage and now learning how to drive her like she should be driven :)

Gave it a bath, and as there was this strange yellow warm think in the sky had the roof back and went for a razz around SE London.  :)

Checked passenger door lock as always had issues with it. Will get new ones and glass runners as rotten.

Took windscreen out ready for fitting vinyl to my top dash rail and a posts

Other day I sorted the neg camber out on the front and had a new front panel fitted.
Then yesterday tried to fix the leaking clutch slave cylinder with a rebuilt kit, but failed. So just ordered a whole new cylinder.

Need to go get my pressure washer and DA from dads then gonna give it a good clean
