Had to swap the single line hydraulic brake switch, only for the whole thing to come apart, and p*ss brake fluid everywhere. Done it though, and now we have brake lights. If I can find out why the o/s headlight won't work, I'll be more than happy. Exhaust change tomorrow!!

Managed to get another garage just a few minutes from home so both the minis nice and dry now.

Uncovered her, checked her oil and water and put the battery on charge (yesterday) - she's so dirty!!

Sprayed the underside and lower parts of the front subframe with rubberised undercoat. I gave it two coats.

 

Trying to give it as much protection as possible and I think it looks quite good too.

Sorted out the electrics to get the radio working again, and found some more hidden rust to add to the list :\

Got it's leaking primary gear oil seal replaced, clutch flywheel etc all back together and all working again  :proud:

Put the exhaust on and off about 7 times, now its off as one of the head studs is now sheared and I cant get the bolts things of the old inlet manifold
