Replaced a broken wheel stud and the other 3 studs after struggling for a very long time :P Then replaced what appears to be a buckled alloy with an old steelie wheel :)

Found out that the squealing/scratching noise wasn't the speedo, instead it was the front wheel bearing which failed rather promptly and left me and my dad in a car park. Got a trailer and now back home on the drive :)

I Decided it would be a good Idea to rub back the rust patches/ bubbles and go over them with hammerite, however 2 of areas went through, leaving holes in the body. So I got some super steal filler stuff and filled them in before using the Hammerite.

That should hold off the Rust until respray time.

Not really working on a Mini but rather working to work on a Mini.

I built this 6 legged frame with adjustable feet to bolt a floor pan onto today.

Changed seat belts and she passed the MOT, finally back on the road since 2010!

Tracking done, fuel in and away!

Great having her back on the road.

Well as my wheel bearing went, got the hub off yesterday and today I got the ball joints off cleaned up the hub and gave it a coat of black hammerite.
