Yesterday, actually.
But I finally extracted her from where she was residing for the last 5 (almost) years and sent her to the garage to be fixed up and made MOT worthy. A big day indeed and I am thoroughly happy!

£3.50!? What sort of fabric is it that seems nice and cheap to me I could do with that!

It's a vinyl from Dunelm Mills .... £7 a metre ... I only had half a metre to try it I will be getting more )
Really easy to use, and very pliable ..... Used a combination of spray glue and staples ... Really pleased.....

Been adding David Wilsons savage switches and some led lights to the interior.

Started attempting to clean the underside of my shell... 45 years worth of $#!% under there...

Got 3 windows in

Would have 4 in, but spray on adhesive (for the headlining) removes cellulose paint

Time to get the touch up paints out!

I thought I would run seam sealer along the passenger side sill join. As I have a leak in the rear bin I thought this may help it.. Then I thought I'd do the rear arch. Then the front.

When I got to the front arch I found rust... Then this happened!



It's amazing what a bit of seam sealing can lead to!
