Sorted out my full beam problem (turned out to be a fuse wrapped in cigpaper foil had burnt out...!!!)

Also replaced the bulb in the clock, so I can see what time it is at night now :)

Ordered new seals for the rear opening windows from Minispares, also a new headlight switch (Metro type)

Also ordered some rear bin pocket liner things from Bolt-on-Bits off Ebay, they should arrive today :)

Will wait until payday to order the adjustable bottom arms and tie rods....

Have my other car to give a wet service to (gearbox and rear differential oil), as its not been serviced for the past 2 years Iv owned the car LOL

Have recently changed the engine oil as the pick-up pipe was blocked up with bits of silicone sealent....

Fitted the rear quarter window seals as they arrived from Minispares, also fitted the toggle switch for the headlights :)

Also fitted the rear door pocket thingies that arrived yesterday, easy enough to install and don't look too bad :)

Fitted Hi-Lo's to the back today

What a job removing the rubber cones from the trumpets !!

Are the rubbers bonded to the cones or is it pressure & age that makes them stick so firm ?

Tad too low I think.

Fitted the mini spares sound insulation kit, refitted my speedo and dash (just had it back from Smiths).

Gave it a wash and took it for a quick spin "to test the speedo repair"

Checked oil and coolant.. pleasantly surprised how little had been used. Repaired a split vacuum hose, sealed up my leaky oil pressure switch and adjusted the rear brakes. Still a bit too cold for me though.

Nothing, but did manage to get a NOS Janspeed exhaust, correct for what would have been on as standard for a steal. Work continues next weekend after a hiatus.

Yesterday I got my boot lid back from sand blasting so sprayed that last night, and tonight I sorted out the re-plumbing the compressor with bigger pipe. Also owned my first project mini for 6 years and still isn't sprayed
