I believe the idea of the yellow dot on the tyre is that it goes by the tyre valve when the tyre is fitted to aid balancing.

Ahh ok thanks. So the tyres are fine....?

How easy is it to change the wheels studs? Anyone got any info / links on doing it? .....are they a pain?

Changing the wheels studs is easy. Just remove the flange knock the old ones out and hammer the new ones is. Then put it all back together.

Basically do the same as you would when changing the discs. You will need to remove the disc off the flange as the studs wont knock out other wise.

looks good! i love those wheels!

and with those tyres, they should say if they are directional and / or inside/outside fitted on the side wall. you will be able to see if there is anything on it as it isnt hidden, if there is nothing then you can just bang them on. dont worry about the dots they are just for fitting guidance but don't actually mean anything, its just paint.

Thanks. I just need it loooooooower! :)

As for the tyres, I am pretty sure they go on either side. The treads identical no matter which side you put it on so fingers crossed, its all OK!

also, does anyone know how to secure the centre caps in the wellers? Are they meant to just site loose because with the spacers on the rattle and dont fit tight.
