I think I'm still putting too much on, and I can't find my new pack of plastic scrapers!
I'll get back in there again tomorrow and do a little more

Thats a bummer.
So does this repair method involve some welding rods per chance?

Indeed it does Ben, I've just been looking at Neil's repairs and I'm going to do exactly that.
It's a non-genuine rear 1/4, and door skin.
I'll trial fit the other side soon which is still the original door skin so we'll see what that side is like.

If it's done before i see you, i'd like to have a look at it.
I have considered that approach if i need it but have one or two questions about it.
On another note, i have your dosh put aside.
Ben

Next week my friend!
My other half has a dental appointment here on the 15th so after that. She was gonna cancel it so we could come sooner but they couldn't give her another appointment until next month and she needs it before then.

Looking really good! How to you fix your wings to the scuttle? Some people do some don't ?
They're seam welded to the scuttle.
The next rebuild will probably be an absolute nightmare, but hopefully that wont be for a while
