yeas mate ispiration indeed your car looks quality, love that picture of the car infront of carbon weezle, where and what is that?

but can you tell me where you go your 7 x 10"

no problem they are from MLmotorsport and they are £575 inc deliver for 4 7x10S, been a bit of a wait though, since 24th january but they are well worth the wait.

me and adam(clubbymeup) have been out removing the underseal from the rear arches today, what a job ;D

Mowag really good progress mate  , the black miglia you posted looks like my kind of weekend toy :D , agree totally in the get what you pay for on the paintjob side, if they can prep the whole car in half an hours labour then you cant expect it to last long can you?

i have been looking to go on to 10" but need to fill me sportspack arches as i cant take them off because of the paint
Wayne.

Is that your car in your avatar? if so nice ;D and its odd having someone with the same name as me

cool cheers for all the comments guys, i am really lovin the miglia's they are just the best minis.

i think that i may get my bumpers painted black like on that miglia, i am also going for a bronze tint when i get my polycarbonate windows made up i think it looks much better than normal tint!

news:

due to having run out of money for my project i have decided that for now the engine is going to be of a lower spec to reduce the price of one of the largest outlays in the project. :'(

the spec will now be:

itg filter
hif44 carb
minispares inlet manifold
+20 rebore to give 1293cc
block machined to give 10.1:1 compession
lightly ported head with even combustion chamber volumes
braided oil transfer pipe
sw5 cam kit
new gasket set
new bearings
crank regrined
billet flywheel and backplate

standard gearbox with hardened diff pin.

i will be visiting minispares to buy all the parts needed and take full advantage of my 7.5% discount!

this i feel will be a sensible spec engine that will not cost a huge amount and should give fairly good power, 1293 is also the same cc as the miglias run too!

i will also be building a top spec motor once i have finished the project and got it on the road. 16valve is all i will say for know :D

Do you need a steel flywheel and clutch assembley (orange diaphragm)? I've still got the one I had on my 1425.
