With that kit you don't need to pump the pedal.

Just get a spare tyre with no more than 20psi. Attach the system as described in the instructions. crack open the bleed nipple, with a clear pipe on so you can see the air and fluid, and when the fluid runs clear with no bubbles tighten the nipple......repeat until funny....or you brakes are bled.

Not strictly true i'm afraid. On two occasions now once for me and once for another mini fanatic pumping the brake pedal and use an Easi bleed or similar has sorted a stubborn air lock. This happened on my old RS after rebuilding the master cylinder and also on Marks van when he rebuilt the brake the system on his Van.

Never had that happen before. If I get a situation like that I crack the unions off systematically through the system to shift the blockage. Saves having an assistant pumping on the pedal.

you obviously haven't had an air lock, belive me ZEF and anybody else, as sonikk4 and myself Have SAID you may need to help it with the brake pedal just slowly, maybe half way this get the master cylinder in the right position to allow the air through, and you don't need a second person you just need to keep having a peek to see how it is going

and miss lucan can i do your next tan spray ha ha ha only joking :D :gimme: :w00t:
