well i am so sorry must be a hard jobI stand corrected....I only work on Mini's every day at work so don't know what I'm on about
i have been a petrol head for 42 years, so i dare say i outrank you

I was not bringing your experience into any sort of question just stating a fact i learnt through trial and error. It worked what can i say.

put so nicelyHaving had previous experience with easi bleeds etc in the early 90's with a lack of front brakes that i could not get my head around and numerous other engineers all scratching their heads pumping the brakes at the same time as using the Easi bleed cured the problem. Also another member of the forum who has a serious amount of experience with Mini's tried the same trick with his Mini and hey presto his brake problem was sorted.
I was not bringing your experience into any sort of question just stating a fact i learnt through trial and error. It worked what can i say.

Caused quite a scene ..........

Eezibleed was nowhere to be seen..... So I had a thought
What if I cut the schrader valve off an old inner tube - and then drill a hole in a plastic top with the thread matching
the master cylinder filling hole............. Success..... Just pump the naughty fluid through with a bicycle pump...
