Simplest of things make you wonder about to put the block back on the box looking at the bolts not a clue which go where some longer than others and some have nuts others don't?
Might be able to figure it out just wondering if anyone knew to save time?

All good figured out the bolts I have decided to think each stage through and plan in advance rather than attempting getting stuck, posting on here, then reattempting, to find out I've missed a bit and having to redo.
So tonight it's time to check primary gear and then attach the box to block need to order the countersunk bolts for timing chain and some others getting close

Which cam are you fitting? There is a good guide to cam figures on the interweb somewhere..or I could look it up in the yellow bible..

Here is that web page..

What a git that was to line up and tighten down but all done i didnt torque the nuts as there is no space for a socket, just went FT but not overtightened

That cam wont need timed in with your DTI..Just set it dot to dot and it will be fine..If you really want to set the timing with the DTI then go for around 105 - 106deg ATDC...on number one inlet push rod..but you wont notice any difference than if it was set dot to dot.

Nice pictures!!

Im going from memory here but I think thats the figures that are quoted in the bible..Im pretty sure the 107.5 figure is at the valve gear and you take a couple of deg off for timing at the push rod...Im not 100 per cent on that though.
