Lol in all seriousness, about 70 odd but that was scary enough espescially going past lorries which look HUUUGE when your in a lil low down mini! Plus anything over that and your ears start to bleed from being deafened lol

I have seen that car at L2B in 09 I think it was - I could have sworn its now red and the owner has a little model of it too that he puts on top at the shows.

I'll test mine on the 'ring in September, or maybe on the way over.

Not had much top end out of it so far to be honest.

I wish I was going to the Ring.

And unless you are drag racing, who cares what the top speed is? If you go too fast, you can't appreciate all the admiring looks and waves.

I got my 998 to 95mph sat nav speed, the needle was through the M in MPH on the speedo

That was going down a long hill, probably with the wind behind me... on a privately owned road of course...

I got my Mini up to 75MPH on the expressway and then got a rattly sound. Was a pretty scary ride, the car was drifting all over. Found out later my rear tires were rubbing against the Brake cable and swingarm. Also found out my alternator fins were scraping the Casing, thus the rattly sound. Since then I've fixed both issues. 75 isn't as scary now.

In out BMW Mini we've had it up to 167MPH while playing tag with 4 tricked out Vettes on our way to Tennesee.
