Is it just the pic, or does your front frame have a bend in it?

Over here powdercoating is pretty randomly available.
Is it just the pic, or does your front frame have a bend in it?
Yep there is a dent along the bottom edge were someone has jacked it up at the front. I will straighten it out before I paint it :)

got some discs from screwfix today! so i cut and clamped the panel with my intergrips
Tacked it and removed the grips
started to weld in different places each time to avoid distortion
fully welded
ground it all down and sprayed some 182 over the top :)
Also welded up the holes on the other side that were covered with tacked on patches
I will be starting on the other corner next! cheers !
Where you get repair panel for the floor with tank hole cut out?

Look's great.
Apparently powder coating doesn't get into the grain of the metal, so eventually if it will flake off and rust still, where-as acid etch gets into the grain
Nice work by the way, been following this closely
