Looks like a good project, whats your plans for it this time? Both wheels are very nice, have you got a whole set of the kn turbos?

The tax disk says 01 so earlier than that I imagine! Middle 90's?

it was 1992 when my sister first bought it i done loads of body work on it and resprayed it all within a week as she was on holiday a birthday surprise from my mum to her but it hit a focus in 2000 and has been in my garage ever since  now i have the time and the place to do it

yes a full set of five i got them for doing some work on my mates mini 15 years ago do you know anything about them many thanks

Welcome, looks a good project. Refurb the kn turbos. The gb ones are boring

this car means a lot to me it was registered the same day my wife was born  i am going to leave most of it standard it already has a 1275 fitted by me 2up 2 down spot mk1 rear lights and an early grille bumpers with overrides do not know what color might be island blue love that color

nice,I would refurb the kns, you don't see many around unlike the gbs.

been looking at my mini today and it looks like mr pidgeon and mr teflon have been welding it before i got near it all those years ago

That needs cut out and new metal put in mate, there's quite a lot of forces going through that area!

i am going too i took it off expecting a big hole thinking about changing the whole inner wing
