Its insured, and booked for MOT on wednesday morning. Just need to go down to the DVLA office in northampton when thats done to get it registered tax exempt, and its done

Did a few miles in it to the garage to fill up. It drives really, really nice! Lots of pull, and revs to 5k without blinking an eye - haven't really took it any further yet. Its making a weird noise that we thought may be a wheel bearing - nipped it up when we got home, but it hasn't changed it much. I think it must just be the solid mounts? Anyway, once we'd done that we ran it down to the garage and left it for the MOT tomorrow... fingers crossed!

Yeh, I put it under a street lamp to help the camrea a bit, but still turned out dark, so used Photobucket to auto adjust the light... and hey ho, black rims now pink rims

Well, it passed! Need to do the front wheel bearings - it was them rumbling Luckily I have a good MOT man and he just gave me an advisory on them! Ordered them from minispares as everyone around here wants £40 a side for them! Thieving bar-stewards. Also cracked one of the front arches already because the shocks are set so soft I'll raise the hilo and stiffen them up a bit, see what that does for it.
