i have a flip front! woop!

right busy yesterday!!

been fettling the flip front, the left side fits flush with the a panel and scuttle nicely. but the right side needs more work, its about 3/4" away from the apanel. mmm :? i'll do abit more today

got the metro caliper bolts fitted, as they have a 10mm shank. the orginal mini calipers have slightly smaller bolts.



rear spacers are now fitted

dont have tyres for the rear 13's yet so just to see the width



oo shiney frankie (couldnt resist)





offered up the mig's woohoo the wheels fill the arches!!!



got the rear carpet fitted and the rear section brake and fuel lines fixed in place



also replaced the track rod end that was fubbard,

so hopefully today i will get the drivers seat in, and poss fit the doors..

more tomoz.. bring on 50!

1 - no engine
2 - no wheels
3 - im with you on the unpainted bit
4 - front subframe is off
5 - no brake or fuel lines
6 - and no electrics as yet

but that dont mean you can start slacking! lol

Most people would advise against fitting further spacers to already spaced drums. It causes premature wear of your rear wheel bearings

13's wreck wheel bearings so i already know i will have to change them alot.

bonnet pins, got them from minispares.. £5 i think

they are the heavy duty type..
