I registered with blue circle salvage. They told me to get a vehicle dismantlers licence. Then I could buy cat A and B cars.
The cars can never go back on the road its destroy only. However I can sell a whole vehicle but I must remove all ID from the car/bike. You must keep a record and evidence to show. ie chassis no cut from the car.

No. She's going to live on this big farm where there are loads of other minis. Theres a big car park for her to play in, and at night they all get put in a big garage together. And theres also a big race track where Molly can go round and play with all the other minis.

the cat A's and B's cant be put back on the road and C's will need a vehicle identity check.

Once i wanted a car from a scrappy that hadnt even been crashed it was complete straight low milage just needed a little resto work and they said they couldnt sell it to me but that ws about 4 yrs ago,I havn't tried since, but about the same time a mate bought a car in simmilar condition from a different scrappy, just had to apply for a v5

however all this was was before the new v5 came in and i think they got some new regs at that time.
