I didnt say I wasnt happy dude, but I have made my point to you already... I just want to see things done and you know theres £ waiting. Minimons opinion is his and his alone....back to the topic at hand, I hope you get the oil problem sorted!

Remove engine, possabley start stripping it.
Saturday afternoon...
Finish stripping, possabley start rebuilding (dependant on machining that might be needed)
Sunday (dependant on saturday)
Finish engine, refit...
Monday...
Fit arches

You on target for getting it sorted for monday or not? Personally i think its going to be a hard task. Its a bank holiday weekend so most, if not all, traders are shut and therefore its going to be hard to get any parts or machining done.
But best of luck anyways. Wont be long.

Engine is now apart again....

On my purpose made engien bench
And well, took the centre cap out... checked the thrusts... and well... what thrusts?
This is one side

The other side was fine, little suffing from general wear, but not as bad as that... It would seem, after measuring them, there was one thrust slightly bigger than the rest... guess which it was?
This is what its meant to look like new....

Thankfully, only doing 50miles, its not touched the crank... So all I need is a DTI, and I can check it all once again
