Does the radiator have to be that shape? Surely you, being SO clever, could make your own thats customised? Orr can it not be underneath long and out flat... if that makes sense, or does it have to be on top

I have a heater matrix plumbed in the engine bay to bring the temp down in the summer, it works well whilst moving lol as i don't have a fan connected to it...it's just tie wrapped to the front grill...YYEEEHHHAAAAA

Good idea SIMON!!! :gimme:

I thank you all

I was going to suggest a bike rad, but seems youve already explored that area. What about cutting a "rad shaped hole" in the inner wing on the drivers side and mounting it like this;

There are already two whacking great holes in the inner wings! Otherwise the coilovers wouldn't fit, duh!! >_< I can't mount anything above the coilovers otherwise I won't have clearance through the full amount of suspension travel.

From what i recal when i had my Suzuki Tl1000R the front rad was curved this may give you better options for fitting. Also there is a company in Essesx called county radiators you will find them on yell they may be able to help. The other option is mount the radiator in the boot and run some alloy pipes up, would stay nice and cool that way to. Smart cars have the rad in the front and engine in the rtear so i dont see why you cant do it in reverse..
