The skin is sensitive on the inside of your arm so yes it will hurt like a *woman of ill repute*

towards the bottom was the worst bit

because of how my skin moves when i move my arm it didnt scab properly so pulled up some ink, i need to go get touched up but been offputting it/having other things to do etc

Hmmm....I think I will have to get very drunk before I go then..the pain might not be as noticable

Most tattooists won't tattoo people when they're drunk, it's not safe for either of you and may reduce blood clotting.

I've got a tattoo on my wrist and whilst it did hurt more than my shoulder I kinda like how they feel if that makes sense, it doesn't does it? I'll get my coat.

What kind of other pain can you compare it to?

Umm I can't really compare it to other pain, it's like having a needle going into your dermis a lot, but not deep in a phlebotomy way

Its like a sharp pinch over and over again. It has a slight burning sensation but i can only compare it to a pinch.

Alcohol thins the blood... If you are drunk or drunk the night before, they have the right to refuse doing the work, as you will simply bleed through the whole process and can get quite messy.

when i had my 2 done on my hips one hurt more then the other.. I thought the tattooist ws joking when he said it would... but he was right... the left side hurt more than the right.

Next one will be on the tp of my back me thinks.

my latest tribute tattoo, courtesy of my friend danny. 4 shaded and 8 non shaded segments to state '48 as in 1948, the year my dad was born. dad had a spider web on the same wrist, but lower down as opposed to near the elbow.

So anyway, back to tats. Im sure I could withstand a few hours of being repeatedly pinched with a slight burning feeling...

I dont think Im gonna get it on the inside of my arm (wrist side) anymore, maybe on the other side (top of my fore arm)

Depends where you get the tattoo.

To compare. I have a tattoo on my neck and on my spine. My tat hurt more than my peircings, and I have quite a few in quite painful places. But they don't really hurt much..

the inner most section of my fore arm hurt more than teh outside section. however by the time the tattoo was finished, my wrist had started to go numb!
