Oh by the way a band which REALLY gets my goat is one called Trivium. They rip off Metallica, Megadeth, Judas Priest and Iron Maiden so much I can't believe it. They actually supported iron maiden in 2006 (god knows why) and the copied riffs and solos were just unbelievable. Worst thing is they act like they've been around for decades when in reality it's only about 4 or 5 years.

Proper bands have integrity and are only media-seeking in the way of producing records for their fans.

i must be the odd one out here, because i mainly listen to ska and reggae although to be fair i have a few maiden and metallica cd's, i dont pretend to be someone or something, i just like the music.

theres plenty of emo's in horsham though i've not heard of the word greebo's since my first year of secondary school.

Bandits are fapping awesome, not a fan of The Toasters. More into nofx, screching weasel etc

All there is round my way is BL**DY chavs, and anybody with long or kind of lond hair is a greebo to them, they try and beat them up and fail missurably. And round here a greebo is the a step down from an emo, they dress the same but dont cut there wrists.

I agree with the chav thing.. Anything that appears slightly "different" or doesn't speak their language seems to be a target for abuse..

BUT > Have you ever actually spoken to an "emo" or "greebo" ? I think you will find many of the people given these "labels" are very nice people indeed and it *BEEPS* me off that others acuse them of "slitting their wrists"

exactly . i have all sorts of friends, from chavs (well, one or two could be 'classed' as chavs) to goths and everything in between. makes no difference when we all go out to the pub or whatever, all it shows is the person's individuality.

i never said i disliked greebos, and its not that i don't choose to speak to them. i seriously doubt they would want to be seen talking to a GEEK (wich i apparantly am according to the internet research i have done). i can say they self harm because i know they do i wouldn't just make it up, i have seen the scars there people have from writing there name in there arm with a knife.
