Hey Down, no that's me - I need engine builder Oli. Pie knows him well, and he rebuilt SirD's mpi block... no replies from texts so can only imagine he's changed phones or is out of the country at the moment

Just a small update, got in touch with Retro today so the subbys will be going up to him next weekend. In the mean time I need to have a clear out...

Quick update, subbys are now at Retros. ETA 2 weeks - almost as much time as it took me to get up there... stupid M5

To be honest? Absolutely nothing Hellova lot of personal woes over the passed 18 months. Still, things have improved after a sea of fan-hitting s**t so I'm gunning for the car I love the most.

After the subframes get back, they'll go straight onto the body, wheels on, onto a trailer and down to the body shop for rust treatment and some much needed pannel beating.

cool project and definatly a car worth doing,i know how you feel about slow progress my mini has be sat on bricks outside last two months due to no job and lack of funds,things will change after the 21st though i can't wait start new job!

Sorry there wa no update at the weekend, but I assure you things aren't quiet. A big order's in at Minispares, and I have word from up north that the subframes are looking good for this Sunday.
