Nah stop being a girl Luke! I can easily do everything I want, just gotta be focused and motivated.

Christmas coming up soon too, so I think the majority of my Christmas list will be everything I need for my front flip.

Yeah gonna get this sorted for sure.

Good to hear it man!
Was that fiberglass expensive? want to know whether its doable to a mini i've seen lol

I agree, don't get wound up by what you can and can't afford - just enjoy driving it, and do what you can when you can :mrcool:

I stopped driving mine 2 years ago and it was a bit of a mistake - it has sat and basically started to rot! And driving an old escort is just not as fun!

This one is good value

http://cgi.ebay.co.u...id=p3286.c0.m14

but when you are looking at these kits look out for the different pack sizes they start small with 'junior' kits, worth getting something bigger as you will use it all one day! Having never used fibreglass before it was not that difficult, my advice would be mix small quantities of resin at a time as it goes off very quickly and starts to cure.

I've been to see one mate, was pretty nice aswell. But my dad is still in china  So i couldn't make an offer to the guy. But he's holding it until my dad gets back on sunday so i'm gunna get him to come and see it next week some time, so hopefully may have one soon :D. It's on pistonheads, select distance on the drop down tab and type in ts5, it's the white one first on the list. What ya reckon?

Little update, I'll be getting these as a Christmas present :shy: brought them off a lad on here, so within the first quarter of the first year they should be fitted, I've also brought a set of new gaskets and mounting screws from Minispares.

The lights turned up yesterday :D I knew there was pitting on the chrome which didn't bother me but I didn't know there were cracks in the nearside upper amber lense, even though the seller told me there wasn't.. so I'm trying to sort that with him and get a new lense sent this way, only fair right?

Lights and conversion plates,

Cracks,

Condition of everything else is pretty much spot on aside from the pitting, I've got some new gaskets and mounting screws on order,

Haha, well in my excitement of opening the box I didn't look under all the packaging! I sent him a message this morning asking for a replacement and he messaged back saying he didn't have time to swap the cracked lense over with the mint lense so just packaged both!

Shout out to Craig 1010c for being a top bloke to deal with.

Gonna give these a quick clean up tonight before I go out and hopefully the gaskets and mounting screws will come soon so I can put them back together and wait till Christmas to have them!
