nice calipers! as well as disks and pads, you'll need the drive flanges. the disks when you buy them come with whel studs, standard ones are about £40 a pair, i have some old ones if you want? bit scruffy though....

The brakes were a bugger to bleed but finally got em sorted today. Weighed it all up and i'm shaving nearly 2kg a side in unsprung weight compared to the standard callipers

Next job is too fit the fly off handbrake kit and tidy up the bodywork a bit.

Get yourself a new set of numberplates and fix the front one in its original position. Or get a sticky legally spaced sticker for the bonnet. Get yourself a new aerial. Tidy up the bodywork and reskin the doors and with a good wash, cut back and polish she'll look a stonker! replace the 2 stripes with black. If you wanted to use black sticky tape over the exisiting pin stripes then carefully use a stanley knife to cut off the excess. I think that would set it off abit, as the arches are black too.

Great mini, lots of potential, I think I cansee where your going with this once

Cheers for the feedback mate! The strips are coming off when i tidy up the bodywork, and the aerial was only in cause my old man uses the radio, and i ent got round to pulling it oot! Gonna try and pick up some doors at a show this summer, cause theyre knackered!

Okay bud, what about spraying the numberplate light gloss black or body colour? Would look far neater than the grey

Indeed! Those are actually turned down 8.4" disks, it worked out cheaper and easier to do it that way!
