Been out this afternoon and done a bit more to it. Fitted my fly-off handbrake kit, was actually surprisingly easy to do only took me an hour to do it all! Also been sweating it out, scraping the sound insulation off the rear seat, as it was proper horrible cause my tank leaked pertrol all over it!!

Theres nowt to see really, all the new bits are inside the lever, only visible difference is the button is slightly further out!!
In other news i rang the insurance company about my new engine i'm planning on building (1330) and they said they won't insure me with it :) apparently its not in there policy to allow engine capacity upgrades...but in slightly better news my dad brought back a 998 short engine that he found at my grans, which has only done a couple of thousand miles, so gonna clean that up stick a decent cam in and wack that in for a bit!

Little update today...bought a 544 cam off of Mart8V on here, so the spec for my new 998 will be; Stage 1, plus 12G295 cooper head and 544 camshaft, should be pretty nippy! Shame I can't do the build i wanted to do on the 1330, but o well we'll see how this one goes!!

Also took the silver pinstripes off the side, gonna wash, t-cut and wax it at the weekend so il take some piccies then.

Heres a couple of pics after I took off the stripes, and gave it a good t-cut wash and wax! Got a new numberplate on it aswell now, so was able to stick my spots back on.

Also today I put my 1.5" SU back on, instead of the 1.75" as i'm going to be doing a fair bit of travelling in it, so want it economical as possible!!

Thats the only problem with grippy tyres! A well, my steelies will be going back on the front for the work commute, save the tyres a bit!
