cant believe noone likes chrome, if im honest i think thats what sets off my mini the black white and chrome, although i dont have the seam trims just the bootlight, bumpers, wipers, boot hinges, door handles, boot handle, no. plate surrounds, grill and surrounds, headlight bezels etc. etc.

EDIT: oh and the bentley indicators could be perceived as tacky? but i wouldnt swap em for the world!

I don't object to normal chrome on Minis - light rims, grille, bumpers, door handles, bullets (on the right car)...basic standard chrome trim is fine. My problem lies with people who insist that anything that looks like bear metal needs to have a chrome finish on it.

I'd love to sneak up when they're not looking and put fingerprints all over their shiny stuff...

Agreed, they look like something that fell out of a Xmas cracker or a box of cornflakes.

I agree, but did you know that it wasn't actually BMW who were responsible for that car, Rover designed before they went bust, I found that the other day,

i like minis to be fairly original styled

i think minis that have all that fake chequerplate metal stuff all over their interior look cheap and tacky.
and i saw one once that had the grill removed on the plastic mesh put in. looked silly.
