Drove it 25 miles home from my folks place where it had been for the last few months having gearbox replaced, new oil pump, water pump, gaskets etc and a full repaint.
Just in time for the hopefully better spring weather!

I got the interior back in, my mum kindly made new seat covers and did an awesome job, I wrapped my dash and shelf in suede. Today's mission is to clean, wrap the bonnet and roof and get ready to get her MOT'd :)

Took it for a drive for the first time since fitting the 12 to 10 conversion and the stage one kit, it's bogging down etc but when it gets to higher revs it is much faster than befor, need to get it set up now looking for somewhere in wiltshire

Changed rear quarter window seals with some added swearing, new battery, quick once over with polish, went for a B road hoon.

Fitted a new alternator and fan belt.
Plus new headlamp rings, the inners had rusted through; worse than I thought they were. New grill, bonnet strip and grill surround too! Just gotta find out why she won't hold her idle while cold and change the cones and shocks
