Got the wiring under the bonnet tidied.

I removed the bonnet lip yesterday for mk1 grille.

Treated the engine bay to some new hoses

Cleaned up my pedals and assembly - just a nice little job to do instead of really getting in to it.

 

I also sent my carb (all stripped) off to someone called 'Covert' on this site to have it ultrasonically cleaned. Cant wait to get it back!

Firstly used it as an excuse to get out of the house and away from the misses and then while I was in my garage I put my rear drums back together

Took my Mini for a proper drive for the first time since September last year

Finished painting some mirrors old english white to match my roof, they look a lot better than the standard grey plastic ones I had on there. Also, tried a colourtune my dad had in the garage after thinking the car was running very rich but it came out the right colour.

Bought a lucas boot mounted light. Just need a mk1 boot lid, but think I've sorted one now

Fitted his mk1 grille and tash

Made Mini babies with it.
