t cut half the roof of the estate and fitted new arches to my wifes car

Replaced the windscreen. Took days to work out the technique then managed it quite quickly :). Must have is the heavy duty tool from Mini Spares.
Swapped the 8" * 13" wheels (not a typo, just measured them!) out for some nice new 5.5" * 12" with A048 rubber from MiniSport. I prefer handling over width.
Next....fit some nicer wheel arches

Just took for a nice long drive to ensure things are working as they should a couple of weeks before the old L2B test. Besides an annoying squeak from one of the rear windows it seems ok so far :)

Cleaned black fan, and after a while it turned shiny yellow! Worrying times that I actually enjoy cleaning things under the bonnet, very addictive!! Also took front wheels off in preparation for my 12' to 10' brake kit. Very excited!

I took it out for a drive in the sunshine. Also fitted the original radio cassette player back into it.
