come on you lot... it is only a sticker!!!

where is your sense of humour? surely the officers had better things to do than pulling you over for a not so offensive sticker!!!

They gave him advice, take it off/censor or face a fine so i would say that is not a waste. They could have given him a penalty there and then, and he really would be moaning then, but chose to leave him on his way.
All this is because a young boy thinks because he is not offended its ok, and doesn't want to do as he is told by the law.
The same could be said of car theifs and car vandles yet we all jump on those. (Commiting an offence that in their mind is acceptable)

Because I am not offended. you want to get me angry, we'll tread on rough ground then mate. I could guarantee that more people are offended by Muslim women wearing the vail, muslims chanting hatred at our troops, prisoners getting the vote and hundreds of other topics than would be by my sticker!! Seriously, just stop.

Grow up.

I hope the cop pulls you again and duly arrests you for the offence, you've had his warning, you've had the advice of many which say it is illegal and yet you persist...

Swear words have become a cliché to so many people they are simply handy words that can be used as nouns and adjectives. However some people are still offended by them and no young children should use then. People can't swear on TV before a certain time for the very reason that children shouldn't be exposed to it. I cannot quote any laws to you which forbid swear words on cars but find me an example of something that is displayed 24/7 containing profanities then you may be able to keep your sticker.

On the other hand, it is a bit much for him to pull you over for it, you must live somewhere nice without much crime.

There isn't much crime, but there is a gypsy site 3 miles away!!!! I do have a good few examples of 24/7 profanities. Firstly, stickers truckers have on doors, with sexy women figures, football fans cars, with the a guy ******* on an opposition team shirt, F*** the EU stickers on cars. Ohhh how about this one, the playboy image been sold to girls as young as like 1 . I literally win this whole arguement with that.
Me saying german BINIs are (Poo) and Playboy, one of the largest soft porn corporations in the world selling and profitting from 3 year olds wearing shirts with there logo on.
This is literally, and don't argue, guy with the tractor picture, the same as me having a swastika symbol on my t shirt, or pencil case, like the playboy bunny on little kids!!

I might be you, but hell don't think I'm thick or a push over!

Not on the same level realy is it .car theft or a sticker
with a "bad" word on it

Its still an offence
Not wearing a seat belt, Thousands do it but does it make it acceptable?

Your metaphors just get better each time tractor boy. Not wearing a seatbelt kill hundreds. my sticker gives some people a laugh, others not.

I wanted to put my two pence across before this inevitably gets shut/runs it course. Basically, i'm assuming you wanted to show the sorry state of the police force and for people to agree they should be doing 'something more worth while', but basically you're a bit of a dink if you can't see if from the non-'banter' (God I hate that word) side.

Keep it, or get rid of it, nobody cares, but if anything happened to your beloved mini from this then you'll have to take response as 'banter' too. If you wore a t-shirt saying that then a German may want to thump you, no? :)

Not paying your tax doesn't kill anyone but that's still an offence. If you're trying to use metaphors yourself pick a better one.

This thread is going to get very out of hand soon.

Yes, section 5 public order (which this would fall under) is an arrestable offence...

I can see it isn't a major issue at all and is a funny sticker- what I cant see is how the OP and several others cant seem to understand that swearing is generally not acceptable in public places! Do you walk around swearing in the street where people and children can hear you, or job interviews etc as someone else has said? If not then the only reason possible can be- because you know it isn't right!

A single asterix in the swear word would please the cops, we will all know what it means and probably find it funny, and far less people would find it offensive, maybe you don't quite have enough grey matter to understand words when they have a censored mark through them?!!
