indeed dude, but due to low funds and that fact i am already dipping into the bankers pocket it will have to wait till 2008.

right so opened up thy chamber in ones head only too find the head was shaped like a banana! getting it skimmed monday, and will probabily have to re-work the chambers. so its back on the old pedaler for a while

What can i say this car looks the nuts. if mine turns out like yours i'll be well happy! Shame about the head gasket going again, hope i don't have the same problems.What's a turbo mini like to drive?

one word awesome!

depending on what setup you have depends on how it drives. if you stick with the t3 turbo you won't see boost till around 3, and full boost comes shortly after. where as a t2 supposedly (spelling) comes on lower in the revs. when you open the loud pedal mine seems to choose where it goes, but an lsd might calm this down abit, but that wouldn't be much fun! generally you have to be sensible in it, no booting it down narrow roads, and it the wet (with my tyres a048's) it just spins up on boost.

its very lively, and can be scary at times but i love it! running 105hp it was faster than a 106gti, but when i've done these few modifications i hope to be running around 120hp.

well a good day today. came back with a bit less torque at only 100ft/lbs but 5 more ponies at 110hp. the power graph is alot smoother now, and power delivery on the road is smoother too! i'm only running 8-9psi of boost. when i get megajolt set up on the car i might run around 10-11psi. i'm limited really at the moment with the distributor, so i've got a mix between low end and top end driveability.

well i have been enjoying it so far! she has got a few mile on her now. had a few problems with batterys and alternators, but new ones solved that problem. shes travel to blackpool and back twice, going strong. snapped the front engine steady bolt, so a new one was used. also fitted a rear engine steady. also oil found a nice way of leaking out the oil cap, dipstick, and out of the breathers. i've fixed this (hopefully) by fitting a oil catch system to the engine. aswell as using both standard breather points, i drilled and tap a point into the rocker cover. the zip ties are only there for a day till i can get some jubliee clips.

like glue! but the rears look like they will only do around 4k due to the toe in might get 5-6k out of the fronts, which is ok if you don't mind forking out £80 a corner.

sorry but i still don't understand, if you want to copy any of my ideas your more than welcome. my radio doesn't have an antenna, was thinking of getting an internal one but i'm happy just listening to the 6cd's hooked up to the unit at the mo
