Thanks guys, and happy christmas everyone!

Frustrating times at the moment as everything is finished apart from one crucial thing... the brakes.

After bleeding them three times and going through two 4L bottles of brake fluid there aren't any air bubbles coming out but there is still no pressure in the brake pedal. We've checked all four corners for leaks and can't see anything, so the next thing to investigate is the master cylinder, possibly the seals have gone? Just seems strange that they were really sharp before we took the system apart, and on rebuild they seem to have lost all pressure.

Any suggestions otherwise?!

Not usually a fan of de-bumper end minis, but this looks sweet. The ford bronze on the rear radius arms actually looks pretty good.
Nice work.

Check the pipes for kinks. I spent the best part of a week in Afghan trying to get a L/R wolf to pass a brake test. Replaced all the flexi pipes and nice new calipers and bleed it so many times. Turns out some chimp had crushed a brake pipe.

sounds silly but did you get the calipers on the right way i.e bleed nipples facing up?

This will sound sillier; no, no they're not! Just been out to check and they're at the bottom, makes sense now cause all the air will be at the top of the caliper, duuhhh! Will sort that out first thing in the morning, thanks so much just saved me a heap of hassle!

Just went full retard. Never go full retard... :bah:

We have brakes! Thanks supermotolee :)

If the rain holds off this evening it's a case of clipping in the harnesses and taking it for a drive!
