Just seen it J, Are you running .8 wire ? think I may have a few tips if you need them asap.

Also the Tip will not only help to keep the wire inline and ridged, but doing without it will mean the Gas flow is a mile out aswell, so your welding WILL have imperfections within it nad inturn not be as strong, if you can't get Tips soon but still want to make progress my best advice would be to turn the Gas flow up abit to compersate.

Ahh right, shouldn't be too hard to get it out, so long as you didn't tighten it up with some pliers ? I always just "nip" my tip up by hand Haha.

Just alter the Gas Flow on your Regulator, unless you're using Gasless wire or something.

Ahh well, not long before you're making good progress then, aslong as the Mrs and kids don't demand too much of your time haha.

Not really done any Fabrication recently, need to start making panels again!, I much admit I do enjoy Fabricating parts, so much cheaper and satisfying.

Thanks Glen :) it's really not that hard though ;).

So today I've just got a bit of prep work on the sill done for fitting the Outer Sill panel,  I've sprayed Shultz in the box section of the sill/ doorstep panel, and also the inner surface of the outer sill, this will ensure a pretty decent life span before needing to be opened back up!!!.

I went a bit mad with the Shultz admittedly, and got a bit of overspray on the interior from doing the companion bin quite a lot aswell    >_< .

Should make it last atleast 2-3 years though so i'm pretty happy with it.

That's all for now,

Cliff

Yeah J, a nice thick amount of U-pol on there ;)

You can see it on the areas I've had to tape up before coating, those areas are for spot welding it to the doorstep seam, something you J wont be having to do if you're de-seaming ;) Haha
