Now that is a lot of holes, I have this to come in a couple of weeks time!
Interesting that you're doing main and boot floor at the same time, I'm going to do them individually although both panels should arrive this week, just in time for me to go on Holiday, will get cracking when I get home though.

Had a busy bankholiday w/e. Welded the heelboard onto the floor pan.
Made a couple of lower seatbelt mounting plates - prob. a bit OTT as they were made from 3mm steel. Those were then welded onto the floor.
The welds were then ground down and zinc primered.
Then refitted the floor to the bodywork along with refitting the doors just to check that they still lined up to check theat there were no issues.
Then made a start at plug welding the floor in.
That was a lot of plugwelds.
I've still got some more plugwelds to do inside but I'm now able to remove a bit of the bracing so it won't be such a Krypton factor to get in there to do them.

Holy Moly!
This is one hell of a job!
Just been through the whole thread & I'm so impressed!
Carry on with the grinding. At least it'll be easier to attack the plug welds now....
Awesome stuff.
