Thank you all for the further information you provided. I really appreciate this.

 

I will let you know what will happen to this block. If it can be bored to 73.5 I will have done this, if not it'll become a 1293.

 

But this has to wait for the moment as I first have to invest time in my other 1380 engine that suffered a crank or conrod bearing failure. This engine is still in the car.

As it has factory liners you will not go much over 1293 without needing to replace them. That will need to be discussed with the machine shop.
