can I just say what a b***h it is to fit group 5 euros. Not made any easier by poor quality arches. But got the back ones on. I love my rivnuts. Gotta wait for my new front to come through before I can work with the front arches. Oh and I fitted my exhaust. might move it in a bit so it's sitting up a bit higher. Make up a bracket and more the clamp off the front of the subby.

Not gonna be needing spacers. the wheels are gonna be 6x12 so will push out just enough. The ones on there at the mo are 4.5x12 or maybe 5x12's Not got the wheels through yet. Can't wait for them to come.

Ok me darlings here is the new front from TDK. A few people have been asking about it. Picked it up yesterday from Dave. Very helpfull and the quality is brilliant. Got it home. Opened the garage and had a quick line up with the mini and it went and touched the a-panels straight away :) He advised me to get a 2 piece and bond the bonnet on myself when the fit was right. Have a look

met the scuttle straight away aswell.

No big bulge here to push the grille up and hit the lights!

and he even put some strengthening in place for use with my american style hinges.

All in all I'm a happy boy. This has taken a big load off my mind as it looked like the end was never gonna come for the build. I haven't fitted it to the hinges yet only bonded the bonnet a little to check the fit but will update when i can.

BIG HUGE thank you to both Dave at TDK for the service and also to BoboGib for the lift to go get it. :shifty:

Yeah it's just about there. might need a little bit extra along the bottom, but it's so little I might just leave it.
