Engine has never run and has had new big and small engine bearings hmmmmmmm. Cant seem to get the cap off on the crank pulley side even with a gentle tap, one side seems to be locked on the location tab.
Can somebody help me with that bearings i need to buy? Its all new to me

Big ends and main bearing and prob thrusts
You need to measure the journals to see if they have been ground.
if the crank is standard then standard size bearing.
if the crank has been ground 10 then plus 10 bearings and so on.
you will now need to check the crank for marks, if it has marks on the journals it will need grinding assuming it will take a grind.
is it a metro turbo engine.

no grease. they run in engine oil.
that would have mixed with hot engine oil and gone all round the engine. when building them build oil is used. not grease.
you need to check the primary gear make sure the bushes are good, front and back.
who s s/c drops are they??????????
what box was used?????
did the same guy build the box??????????/
as it will need looking at.

Gear box looks fine and standard with just a xpin diff which spins freely, as far as i know the box wasn't rebuilt (fingers crossed)
Just going to measure the crank now.

Also - it looks like a pre-verto flywheel bolt was used, no wonder it wasn't tight. With the right bolt the socket fitting won't be a problem.

You'll need to strip the timing gears etc off and remove the two screw behind the crank pulley to remove the main bearing cap at the front of the engine.

Ah right didnt know that held the cap in place thanks.
Hahahaha it just gets better and better, is the preverto bolt bigger hence the reason you cant get a socket over it when its close to getting tight due to the flywheel boss?
